Who you are
- Possess 2-8 years of full-time software engineering experience preferably as a systems programmer
- Strong background in deploying quality engineering practices within agile development teams
- Hands-on experience with Rust C++ or GO
- Skilled in multi-threading streaming data concurrency and distributed systems
- Proven ability to build scalable performant production-level applications
- Experience in building trading systems is highly desirable
Desirables
- Experience in crypto
- Interest in learning Rust
What the job involves
- Architect design and build the next phase of a world-class trading system
- Ensure resilience and stability through quality code reviews unit regression and user acceptance testing
- Contribute to system architecture and interface design
- Take full ownership of multiple components including design implementation and maintenance
- Be an integral contributor to a lean agile development team
