  • Willing to put in extra hours during busiest season (Dec. - Mar.)

Day to day

  • Support money movement and partner reporting
  • Work closely with app support for process improvements
  • Maintain compliance and procedure documentation
  • Ensure smooth communication with member support about transactions
  • Critical daily reconciliation processes
