Day to day

  • Serve as the primary contact for an assigned client base and deliver dedicated benefits support
  • Answer daily client questions and resolve benefit system issues with critical thinking and problem solving
  • Advise clients on system usage benefit best practices compliance and proper processing of changes including integrations and EDI files
  • Maintain strong knowledge of benefit systems data processes and regulations to support data integrity and ongoing compliance
