Requirements
- 2-3 years of benefits experience
- Required knowledge of benefits plan design and compliance
- Previous payroll service bureau experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Bswift experience preferred
- PHR SPHR SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred

Day to day
- Serve as the primary contact for an assigned client base and deliver dedicated benefits support
- Answer daily client questions and resolve benefit system issues with critical thinking and problem solving
- Advise clients on system usage benefit best practices compliance and proper processing of changes including integrations and EDI files
- Maintain strong knowledge of benefit systems data processes and regulations to support data integrity and ongoing compliance
