What the job involves
- Managing the end-to-end bid process specifically within Mid-market
- Respond to a variety of bid types including EOIs RFPs RFIs and RFQs
- Pro-actively search for potential bids that the Company can tender for
- Manage inputs from key stakeholders
- Engage with Sales Marketing Finance Legal and Energy Services teams ensuring buy in at all stages of the bid process
- Construct the written proposal both in terms of content and presentation
- Sell the services of the Company mainly in written form
- Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set
- Ensure that tenders and business proposals meet all relevant specifications
- Appropriately handle any other duties as needed
