Requirements
- 1-4 years of blockchain or Web3 development with at least one meaningful on-chain deployment
- Strong foundation in Solidity and TypeScript with ability to deliver complete products
- Experience with Rust and C++ is a strong advantage for systems-level work

- Strong product sense and awareness of usability and user experience
- Previous experience at a blue-chip protocol or well-known project is valued
- Hackathon experience or open source contributions are a plus

Day to day
- Build end-to-end dApps by designing secure smart contracts and clean frontends that simplify blockchain complexity
