Requirements

Day to day
- Provide fiduciary oversight for the nonprofit's legal ethical and financial health
- Attend and actively participate in at least six Board meetings per year and one or more committees
- Leverage your network to open doors to donors funders sponsors and strategic partners
- Serve as a visible ambassador offering judgment guidance and leadership support to the executive team
