Develop visual concepts and deliver high-quality designs that align with MagicSchool's brand identity, embracing the 'teachers are magic' ethos
Create engaging visuals for teachers and students, shaping captivating environments across all platforms
Work closely with marketing and creative teams to maintain the company's visual identity and ensure consistency across all designs
Create visually compelling designs for a wide range of mediums, including digital assets (social media, web banners, email templates) and print materials (brochures, posters, packaging)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive design solutions that align with business goals
Conceptualize and design unique, innovative ideas that help push the brand forward
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure fresh and engaging designs
Increase engagement on visual content by 15% by consistently producing high-quality designs aligned with marketing goals
Contribute design expertise in cross-functional projects resulting in an overall 10% improvement in key marketing metrics such as lead generation, brand awareness, or customer engagement
