  • 8+ years of relevant Graphic Design or Art Direction experience
  • Deep understanding of Brand Creative/Marketing process
  • Experience communicating directly with Brand and Product Marketing partners
  • Build inspiration/concept presentations and mood boards for various concepts
  • Clear and concise communication skills for presentations
  • Ensure key Brand Creative gates/dates are met and lead cross-functional teamwork
  • Understand industry trends and creative landscape
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Familiarity with Figma, Premiere, and After Effects
  • Manage or mentor junior creatives while advancing individual assignments
  • Expertise in typography, composition, color, layout, design thinking, and content strategy
  • Art directing on photo and film shoots and in post production
  • Brief photographers and directors, and developing shot lists and art direction

Day to day

  • Collaborate with studio creatives to develop innovative, on-brand solutions for TIDAL's story
  • Drive design excellence and collaboration across multiple projects to support the marketing strategy
  • Creatively direct and lead work with external partners to align with project expectations and TIDAL’s Brand standards
  • Concept ideas for product launches and marketing initiatives that translate product benefits to consumers
  • Develop compelling visual treatments, guide collaboration, and uphold design excellence to inspire audiences
  • Manage a small team and support individual and team growth
