Who you are

• 10+ years as a Brand Designer, ideally in a start up and/or SaaS setting
• Proficiency in marketing technology platforms, operations, and tools, including website CMS and social media formats
• Desire to learn technical products—and their users—inside and out
• Proven methods for staying organized, collaborating across functions, and communicating with stakeholders at all levels of a company
• A keen eye for detail and craftsmanship without compromising on deadlines
• Comfort working on multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to drive and prioritize as needed
• Willingness to take ownership and make progress in the face of ambiguity and dynamism

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will define and execute strategies across prospect- and customer-facing surfaces
• Your work will help us deepen affinity with our current customer community, and reach new audiences
• Shape Descript's narrative, support growth efforts, and enhance product launches, all by producing designs and assets for web, social media, email, events, and more
