Requirements
- 6+ years experience in brand or product design with shipped work across identity web motion and campaign
- Owned a brand or major brand evolution at a high-growth technology company and can explain the decisions and tradeoffs
- Active daily use of LLMs and AI prototyping tools as part of your workflow
- Fluent in Figma and Webflow and comfortable in After Effects and Illustrator
- Systems thinker who can balance the whole brand with detailed craft
- Strong opinions communicated clearly and updated quickly when evidence changes
- Comfortable working with engineers and operators on real-world products

- B2B platform experience
- Infrastructure or logistics background
- End-to-end Webflow site
- Homepage motion work
- Own AI side project
Day to day
- Define and evolve the Nash brand into a complete visual system across identity web motion photography illustration and typography
- Design and build the marketing site in Figma and Webflow while owning landing pages campaign pages product launch moments and event storytelling
- Bring the visual language to life through motion prototype quickly with AI tools partner with engineering on product surfaces and help scale brand patterns and rituals
