What the job involves

  • Deliver and refine clear storytelling around our growth and retention assets.
  • Support senior art directors in executing assets across all communication channels—from digital to print.
  • Ensure cohesive brand storytelling by collaborating with marketing and content departments.
  • Attend design reviews to align with our brand and optimize design efforts.
  • Create engaging content by staying updated on photography, video, and social media trends.
  • Foster collaboration between art direction and copywriting for high standards in storytelling.
  • Present work and develop cross-functional relationships of value and respect.
  • Support art direction with tasks like pulling swipe, retouching notes, and in-office shoots.
  • Craft compelling ads by adopting a user mindset, considering both new and returning customers.
  • Design and establish frameworks for retention strategies, including emails and SMS campaigns.
  • Conduct experiments to increase website traffic and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze performance changes with the growth and marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to maintain the design system integrity and test iterations.
