Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field
• 4+ years of design experience in-house or with an agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including development of brand guidelines
• Strong understanding of the creative process, from ideation through implementation
• Familiarity with brand strategy, and working from creative briefs
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Understanding of typography, design principles, trends and best practices across both digital and print
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

What the job involves

• Develop and define the Lazarus brand identity
• Conceptualize and create design work across digital, web, print, events, and more
• Collaborate with the design, product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure designs and copy align with our branding and engage our audience
• Design communication and event materials, ensuring our brand is accurately represented across diverse platforms
• Create graphics for promotional videos, product overviews, and tutorials
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Lead design efforts for our marketing websites
