- Experience collaborating closely with developers and working within front-end implementation workflows
- Familiarity with motion design interaction systems and modern web animation patterns
- Deep curiosity and fluency with emerging AI-powered creative tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced remote-first environment

Day to day
- Lead the design and evolution of the WorkOS website and digital ecosystem across marketing pages launch weeks campaign microsites and event sites
- Partner closely with designers developers marketers and leadership to raise the quality and consistency of digital experiences
- Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive elegant and developer-friendly interfaces while maintaining a clean minimal technical aesthetic
- Continuously improve design quality through user feedback experimentation analytics and best practices and support broader brand initiatives when needed
