Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent international qualification
- 4+ years of experience in clinical trial site contracting and budgeting within a CRO pharmaceutical company or related healthcare environment
- At least 2 years of experience overseeing site budgeting and contracting activities
- Strong understanding of country and site level budgeting strategies and clinical trial contracting principles
- Ability to interpret and communicate data effectively to support informed decision making
- Excellent negotiation stakeholder management communication and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Day to day
- Lead site budget and contract activities across assigned countries to support smooth clinical trial start-up.
- Negotiate Clinical Trial Agreements and site budgets while ensuring adherence to company standards and fair market value principles.
- Partner closely with Study Start-Up Clinical Operations and Sponsor teams to resolve escalations monitor timelines and keep studies on track.
