Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Computer Science Software Engineering or related Engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years of business analysis technical writing or documentation experience in engineering manufacturing or software environments
- Strong technical writing skills with SOPs process documentation user guides and training materials
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and documentation tools such as Confluence or SharePoint
- Experience with enterprise application implementation such as PLM ERP MRP DevSecOps or CRM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active U.S. national security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one
- U.S. citizen able to complete security investigation requirements

Day to day
- Document technical processes and maintain SOPs technical manuals and process documentation
- Support Windchill PLM integration migration and enterprise system implementation for DoD customers
- Collaborate with engineers developers and stakeholders to validate data create test cases and produce reports
