Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university
- 2+ years of relevant operations experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturer reimbursement call center specialty pharmacy or data management company
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other analytic tools for data comparison conditional formulas data summary and conversion
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word PowerPoint and Excel
- Background in Business Analysis toolkit including SDLC problem solving root cause analysis and business process modeling
- Ability to manage deliverables across multiple concurrent implementations or client programs

Day to day
- Lead spec negotiations with specialty pharmacy and other data partners to align inbound and outbound file specifications with the Ascend data model
- Own data mapping platform configuration business logic implementation and front-end reporting setup from the Configuration Blueprint
- Conduct rigorous internal QA validate test files and manage defects before anything advances to UAT or go-live
