- Composure under pressure and clarity in ambiguous environments
- Practical proficiency with Excel PowerPoint Visio and tools like Confluence or Azure DevOps

Day to day
- Work across complex Life & Pensions migration programmes with analytical rigour and calm judgement.
- Shape migration approaches governance structures and timelines with programme and technical teams.
- Lead data mapping validation and integrity checks while translating complexity into clear actionable direction.
- Oversee integrations between legacy and target platforms and produce high-quality assurance artefacts.
