Day to day
- Support client discovery by capturing interview notes and documenting current workflows, files, data and IT systems into clear process diagrams
- Collaborate with engineers designers product managers and stakeholders to shape solutions refine features and validate prototypes with representative users
- Train new users support launch activities troubleshoot issues and maintain a living roadmap while feeding enhancements into the product backlog
