Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- Four years' experience working with geographically separated customers
- Four years' experience with software collaboration tools in a SaaS environment including Box Mural Slack O365 and others
- Comfortable interfacing with senior leadership stakeholders customers and other contracts

Day to day
- Manage end-to-end IT acquisition activities and coordinate vendor quotes PR packages and approvals
- Maintain authoritative asset and acquisition records in a centralized repository and keep documentation accurate traceable and current
- Track hardware software licenses warranties and maintenance agreements while supporting audits reporting and continuous process improvement
