Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field or 5+ years of progressive technical and business experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in requirements definition analysis documentation solution design and project coordination
- Experience with UX/UI or solution design and translating business needs into user centered designs
- Strong presentation verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps and/or Jira for work tracking and collaboration
- Ability to query and analyze data using SQL against SQL Server or other relational databases
- Experience working within Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Ability to quickly learn complex systems and document requirements for enhancements and new development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-project environment with accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience working directly with external customers and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently own deliverables and provide high-quality results on schedule
Day to day
- Lead the elicitation analysis documentation and maintenance of complex user system and integration requirements while resolving advanced system issues.
- Serve as a senior liaison between business stakeholders developers architects and external partners to shape business critical solutions.
- Drive project planning testing validation and acceptance activities and use SQL Excel and Microsoft tools to investigate data and support reporting automation.
