Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology business administration finance or related field
- 5 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of Farm Credit systems and/or banking desired
- Experience with system integrations and file-based data movement preferred
- Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and requirements validation preferred
- Proficiency in business analytics methodologies and frameworks such as Agile and Waterfall
- Strong stakeholder management facilitation and communication skills
- Ability to build traceability matrices
- Ability to support medium to large projects and work efforts
- Ability to write concise logical grammatically correct documentation
- Ability to analyze problems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Ability to facilitate technical and cross-functional conversations including stand-ups sprint planning and priority alignment

Day to day
