Day to day
- Lead complex business analysis projects from inception to completion, coordinating cross-functional efforts to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, document requirements, analyze data trends, and recommend practical technology and process improvements.
- Manage user acceptance testing, support solution implementation, provide end-user training, and mentor a team while establishing BA standards and best practices.
