Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related scientific or technical discipline plus 5 years experience
- 5 additional years of experience may be substituted for degree
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodology
- Strong organization time management and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to balance competing tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience creating technical documents such as SDD VDD and POMs
- Powerful problem solving applied reasoning and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including reports and presentations
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision
- Ability to build and manage client and professional relationships
- Legal authorization to work in the US and ability to pass a background investigation
- Suitability Public Trust clearance required
- Prior VA experience highly preferred

Day to day
- Gather complete and accurate business requirements from SMEs through interviews workflow analysis and facilitated discussions
- Translate business needs into detailed epics user stories requirements and acceptance criteria
- Create plain language technical documentation and high level presentations while collaborating closely with development and business teams
