• 5+ years experience in Enterprise Application Operations or Business Systems roles
• Prior experience with workflows and process improvement
• Managing and supporting software integrations
• Experience with 3rd Party Tools & application package installation & maintenance
• Advanced knowledge in system problem identification and resolution
• Proficient in SQL and its variation among popular databases
• Able to design, set up, operate, and correct malfunctions in technology systems
• Handle mission-critical production environments
• Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical team members
• Transform high-level business needs into detailed requirements
• Prior experience or training in program and/or project management is a bonus especially if you've used JIRA

• Deploying, managing, upgrading, and supporting enterprise applications and technology solutions
• Involves project management, analysis, consulting, design, configuration, implementation security, and governance
• Administer and configure applications to support business processes
• Lead continuous improvements and partner with the business to identify and test new enhancements
• Conduct complex analysis, document requirements, and translate them into system requirements
• Perform deployments of application/product releases to production environments
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using various reporting tools
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document application-related issues
• Provide support for application integration issues and serve as a liaison with external vendors
• Develop technical and procedural documentation for enterprise applications
