Requirements
- Currently or recently selling face-to-face into UK coach operators
- Proven sales track record with a meaningful quota
- Genuine enthusiasm for technology and software
- Experience selling or working with SaaS or fleet technology platforms
- Ability to conduct live product demos and answer technical questions
- Strong network of decision-makers at 20+ and 50+ vehicle operators
- Comfortable with extensive travel across the UK
- Ability to manage pipeline forecast accurately and maintain CRM discipline

Day to day
- Own new business development across the UK and European coach and bus operator market
- Build trusted relationships on the road and in operator yards to convert prospects into long-term SaaS customers
- Run consultative product demonstrations and handle technical questions to show operational value
- Attend industry events and trade shows and feed market intelligence back to the product team
