Requirements
- Recognised senior leader within the ICP or IDNO sector (I&C focused) with a track record of driving sales growth.
- Strong network and detailed understanding of the sector with the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders.
- Previous experience as a Business Development Manager in a similar organization, proven sales success, exceptional people skills, proactive approach, integrity, excellent sales and closing skills, ability to plan and deliver objectives, and operate in fast-paced environments.
Day to day
- Recruit two experienced and well-connected I&C Business Development Managers to accelerate sales growth in the I&C connections market throughout Great Britain.
- Focus on growth of eSmart Networks sales across key market segments such as Delivery Distribution Centres, Data centres, Business Parks, Commercial buildings, Industrial connections, and Manufacturing plants.
- Responsible for delivering sales targets, lead generation, prospecting clients, account management, bid and tendering process, marketing plans, CRM management, and representing the company at industry events.
