What the job involves
- The Community Engagement Business Development Team Lead provides leadership and planning to identify and engage with Middle Schools of interest for our afterschool STEM programs for underserved middle school girls
- Manage a team of Area Managers responsible for regions or specific schools
- Partner with the Data Analytics team to identify possible partner schools from New Jersey's 2000+ middle schools based on criteria established by the board of Directors
