- Improve intake and scheduling workflows by creating and enforcing SOPs and QA processes
- Track demand versus capacity drive clinician utilization and coordinate operational handoffs to reduce preventable issues
- Lead cross functional projects end to end from scope definition through delivery while managing a lean admin team
