Requirements
- 4+ years of experience including a structured apprenticeship tour such as consulting IB PE growth equity or in-house strategy or BizOps
- 2+ years of experience as an operator inside a startup
- Highly analytical and structured with the ability to decompose vague problems and measure them quantitatively
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to reason about second-order effects
- Strong communicator with executive presence and credibility with senior stakeholders
- Able to build relationships and understand stakeholder needs beneath surface requests
- Willing to do manual work and systematize or automate it
- Fluent with AI as a force multiplier while maintaining ownership of outputs

Day to day
- Work directly with the COO to solve the highest-leverage business and operations problems.
- Diagnose ambiguous cross-functional bottlenecks and turn them into clear frameworks, metrics, and durable solutions.
- Build operating systems, dashboards, models, and automations that improve how teams run and scale without you.
