- Directly counsel hundreds of Fortune 500 managers a year
- Conduct trainings and presentations for thousands of employees
- Support Europe-based clients by building knowledge and strong relationships with them
- Support the deployment of Valence tools to help clients achieve their goals
- Serve as an internal expert on products and client needs, providing insights for product improvements
