Requirements
- 5+ years of operations experience in a technology or engineering environment
- FinOps Foundation Professional Certification
- Experience managing cloud and vendor costs
- Proven track record of managing OKRs and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong reporting and metrics analysis experience with executive presentations
- Experience in process optimization and understanding of SDLC CI/CD QA FinOps and software architecture
- Exceptional organizational analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Proficiency with Jira Trello Tableau or Power BI
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and business impact translation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Engineering or related field

Day to day
- Support and optimize global Engineering operations with a focus on Financial Operations and scalable process improvement.
- Drive OKR capture tracking and execution to keep engineering goals aligned with broader business priorities.
- Prepare clear high-level performance reports and actionable insights for Executive Leadership, translating complex metrics into business impact.
- Oversee strategically important projects by monitoring milestones budgets quality standards and issue resolution.
