Who you are

  • Four-year degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, or relevant field
  • 5+ years' operations support experience including customer account management, order management, pricing, and export order management
  • Experience with CRM software, B2B customers, EDI tools, and process related to order management

Desirables

  • Lean or six sigma experience
  • Trade compliance knowledge
  • ERP and Supply Chain familiarity



What the job involves

  • Managing and ensuring the proper implementation of functional business processes and standards
  • Working in partnership with the Digital Technology organization and third party consultants for cloud application configuration
  • Connecting end-to-end processes with a broad understanding to improve process efficiency
