Requirements
- Four-year degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, or relevant field
- 5+ years' operations support experience including customer account management, order management, pricing, and export order management
- Experience with CRM software, B2B customers, EDI tools, and process related to order management
Nice to have
- Lean or six sigma experience
- Trade compliance knowledge
- ERP and Supply Chain familiarity
Day to day
- Managing and ensuring the proper implementation of functional business processes and standards
- Working in partnership with the Digital Technology organization and third party consultants for cloud application configuration
- Connecting end-to-end processes with a broad understanding to improve process efficiency
