What the job involves
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of a new IT system 'InPhase' to support care quality assessment
- Ensure effective operation of key software solutions aligned to business processes and strategic goals
- Work closely with peers to enable Caring Services to act as an 'intelligent customer' for digital changes and data insights
