Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent qualifying IT/business analysis experience
- Five years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects
- Three years of experience in business systems analysis and design
- Three years of experience within the last seven years working as a Business Analyst on a software development team
- Experience writing BRDs stakeholder requirements solution requirements functional specifications user stories acceptance criteria UI mock-ups wireframes use cases and sequence diagrams
- One year of experience within the last five years using an Agile approach such as Scrum or Kanban

Day to day
- Facilitate discovery workshops stakeholder interviews and process mapping sessions to define business goals technical constraints and system boundaries
- Translate business goals into precise technical artifacts including user stories acceptance criteria use cases sequence diagrams and UI wireframes
- Collaborate with software engineers database administrators and QA teams in Agile sprint cycles to clarify requirements review solution designs and unblock development
- Maintain groom and prioritize product backlogs using Jira and Confluence and support UAT to verify delivered software meets business specifications
