Requirements
- Technical Application Support experience OR 8 years Business Travel Operations OR Travel Technology OR a combination for a Global Corporate organization
- Solid Technical knowledge in working with and supporting multiple GDS’s / Point of sale tools / Robotics / Mid / Back office in business travel industry
- ITIL and/or Salesforce certification a plus
- Understanding of travel applications and interaction with GDS system preferred
- Experience in Compleat robotics a plus
- Knowledge or experience in using a ticketing system is preferred
- Strong MS Office skills preferred
- Highly disciplined with good time management skills
- Expert problem-solving skills
- Ability to cope with pressure and deliver results
- Customer and client focused
- Self-starter and quick learner with adaptability

Day to day
- Provide Level 2 Technical Application Support for GBT applications including Travel Counselor Servicing applications & Corporate applications.
- Manage the resolution of Incidents and requests across the full range of supported applications focusing on timely acknowledgement, prioritization, communication, escalation, analysis, and resolution.
- Respond to critical incidents application issues, join incident bridges, triage issues and deliver resolutions.
- Monitor global ticket queues ensuring resolution objectives are met and author Knowledge Articles.
- Research and solve issues, perform issue severity assessments, and drive problem management with RCAs.
