Who you are
Technical Application Support experience OR 8 years Business Travel Operations OR Travel Technology OR a combination for a Global Corporate organization
Solid Technical knowledge in working with and supporting multiple GDS’s / Point of sale tools / Robotics / Mid / Back office in business travel industry
ITIL and/or Salesforce certification a plus
Understanding of travel applications and interaction with GDS system preferred
Experience in Compleat robotics a plus
Knowledge or experience in using a ticketing system is preferred
Strong MS Office skills preferred
Highly disciplined with good time management skills
Expert problem-solving skills
Ability to cope with pressure and deliver results
Customer and client focused
Self-starter and quick learner with adaptability

What the job involves
Provide Level 2 Technical Application Support for GBT applications including Travel Counselor Servicing applications & Corporate applications.
Manage the resolution of Incidents and requests across the full range of supported applications focusing on timely acknowledgement, prioritization, communication, escalation, analysis, and resolution.
Respond to critical incidents application issues, join incident bridges, triage issues and deliver resolutions.
Monitor global ticket queues ensuring resolution objectives are met and author Knowledge Articles.
Research and solve issues, perform issue severity assessments, and drive problem management with RCAs.
