Requirements
- Experience leading requirements workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven ability to independently own analysis deliverables from discovery through UAT and implementation support
- Strong experience translating business needs into clear, testable requirements and maintaining traceability through delivery
- Experience operating effectively in a remote, high-accountability environment with consistent availability during business hours
- Deep knowledge of the mortgage loan process with experience in origination, processing, underwriting, closing funding, post-closing
- DSCR lending loan origination system administration and secondary mortgage market knowledge are strongly preferred

Day to day
- Lead business analysis across DSCR and business-purpose lending workflows from intake through delivery.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive decisions, resolve ambiguity, and document clear next steps.
- Own requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, solution validation, and UAT support.
