Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proven experience with SDLC and technical documentation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with moderate guidance
- Ability to work as part of a global team
Nice to have
- Background in software development
- UI design experience
- Familiarity with GCP or 21 CFR Part 11
- SQL queries knowledge
Day to day
- Work closely with customers, sponsors, and cross-functional teams to design solutions for clinical trials.
- Translate business needs into actionable system requirements and ensure project alignment with study needs, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders to drive projects forward.
