• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Proven experience with SDLC and technical documentation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently with moderate guidance
• Ability to work as part of a global team

Desirables

• Background in software development
• UI design experience
• Familiarity with GCP or 21 CFR Part 11
• SQL queries knowledge
