Requirements

  • 4+ years in a highly strategic generalist role such as management consulting product management BizOps or similar
  • Experience taking products from 0 to 1
  • Ability to identify high-impact opportunities across a business
  • Baseline technical fluency including reading API docs drafting PRDs and stitching together internal tooling
  • Comfort building AI-powered workflows without waiting on engineering for every step
  • Ability to turn messy imperfect information into a logical plan
  • Strong empathy and listening skills

Day to day

  • Own the internal product roadmap by identifying high-leverage opportunities to improve how the business operates and designing systems to capture them.
  • Embed deeply with the Customer Experience org to remove friction, reduce manual work, and speed up execution using AI, data, and internal tooling.
  • Own core internal systems and data infrastructure so customer context key metrics and workflows are connected across tools and available to the people and agents who need them.
  • Drive cross-functional projects through influence by translating ambiguity into clear PRDs partnering with engineers and earning trust across internal teams.
