  • 10+ years in Business Systems Solutions Architecture or similar role
  • Proven experience managing directing and quality-assuring work of individual contributors or Salesforce professionals
  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce and Salesforce Administrator Certification required
  • Experience with Sage Intacct or equivalent financial systems highly favorable
  • Experience in global Professional Services or B2B environment highly favorable
  • Strong understanding of professional services operations and accounting principles including Bookings Billings and Revenue Recognition
  • Experience with HRIS collaboration tools and financial systems integrations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting Finance IT or related field preferred
