Who you are
- Extensive experience (7-10 years) analysing carbon credit methodologies and climate mitigation activities.
- Experience managing climate-related processes and technical documents in a secretariat environment.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships.
- Excellent report writing and research paper production skills.
- Broad knowledge of carbon markets and climate change.
- Strong client and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
Desirables
- Experience in start-up environments.
- International experience.
- Experience with multi-agency project teams.
What the job involves
- Provide technical expertise to assess carbon credits and programs against Core Carbon Principles.
- Contribute to developing future versions of the Assessment Framework.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support committees and working groups with research and analysis.
