Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer management
  • 5+ years experience in customer relationship management
  • Highly organized with ability to manage priorities and deadlines
  • Energetic and pro-active attitude
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Maintain effective relationships with staff, attendees, exhibitors and sponsors
  • Passion for working with members and delivering successful projects
  • Willingness to travel internationally and domestically (~20%)
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Salesforce, Jira knowledge a plus

What the job involves

  • Support the catalyst team and facilitate the matchmaking process
  • Oversee the onboarding process
  • Support the customer journey from interest to contract signing
  • Provide technical advisory support during project kick-off
  • Host and facilitate meetings with potential project members
  • Uncover business needs and provide customized proposals
  • Present TM Forum value propositions to members and prospects
  • Help team utilize TM Forum collaboration assets and contribute back
