What the job involves
Oxfam GB is looking for Change Manager to deliver the Change Management and Problem Management functions for the Technology, Transformation and International Operations (TTIO) division. You will be responsible for controlling the lifecycle of all changes across the division, chairing weekly CABs, and developing and improving change processes.
Manage change within an ITIL or similar framework. Assess changes for risk and business impact.
Challenge subject matter experts and senior stakeholders.
