Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Organizational Change Management business transformation or technology adoption within medium to large-scale initiatives
- Insurance industry experience with understanding of underwriting policy administration billing claims or operational workflows
- Hands-on experience with structured OCM methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR Kotter or ACMP
- Proven ability to develop and execute change impact assessments stakeholder analyses communication plans training plans and readiness assessments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience facilitating workshops and partnering with business leaders SMEs and project teams
- Ability to identify and mitigate adoption risks and resistance using feedback and data
- Experience tracking and interpreting adoption and readiness metrics
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree required

Day to day
- Conduct change impact assessments across people process technology and roles to identify adoption risks and readiness gaps
- Develop and execute communications stakeholder engagement and training strategies that drive user adoption and business readiness
- Partner with business IT and project teams to integrate OCM activities into delivery plans track metrics and support successful transformation outcomes
