- Proven track record in building similar networks in the past
- Ability to identify and engage service providers effectively
- Leadership skills for managing and leading the Channel Program
Day to day
- Identify and engage with UK-based service providers introducing them to the offering and onboarding them successfully
- Work closely with service providers driving regular business according to predefined KPIs
- Serve as an escalation point for accounts that stall before or after sign-on
- Build and lead Castille’s Channel Program
