Requirements
- 5+ years in partnerships account management customer success or campaign management within digital advertising adtech martech or SaaS
- Hands-on paid media experience including campaign setup optimisation troubleshooting and performance analysis
- Experience at a major advertising platform or partner ecosystem with strong knowledge of campaign management platforms and advertiser workflows
- Proven ability to design and deliver partner or client trainings workshops and scalable enablement programmes
- Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
- Experience building playbooks enablement frameworks and scalable operational processes
- Experience supporting campaign execution and resolving technical measurement or operational challenges

Day to day
- Lead partner onboarding and launch readiness across strategic Channel Partners in Europe
- Manage ongoing operational support to help partners activate campaigns and deliver measurable outcomes for SMB advertisers
- Build scalable playbooks training programmes and workflows to reduce reliance on one-to-one support and improve partner independence
- Analyse performance data and partner insights to identify optimisation opportunities improve advertiser results and accelerate partner growth
- Collaborate with Product Operations Support and Engineering teams to resolve campaign account measurement and operational issues
