  • Proven ability to design and deliver partner or client trainings workshops and scalable enablement programmes
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
  • Experience building playbooks enablement frameworks and scalable operational processes
  • Experience supporting campaign execution and resolving technical measurement or operational challenges

Day to day

  • Lead partner onboarding and launch readiness across strategic Channel Partners in Europe
  • Manage ongoing operational support to help partners activate campaigns and deliver measurable outcomes for SMB advertisers
  • Build scalable playbooks training programmes and workflows to reduce reliance on one-to-one support and improve partner independence
  • Analyse performance data and partner insights to identify optimisation opportunities improve advertiser results and accelerate partner growth
  • Collaborate with Product Operations Support and Engineering teams to resolve campaign account measurement and operational issues
