Requirements
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken
- Demonstrated leadership in nonprofit management with a track record of securing major gifts and foundation grants
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with donors Board members and partners
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with the foundation world and ability to tailor proposals and build relationships with program officers
- High integrity excellent judgment and discretion with confidential donor and organizational information
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a remote environment
- Experience with consensus-building and board relations
- Flexibility hands on approach and willingness to jump in as needed

Day to day
- Lead Help Peru’s fundraising strategy and serve as the organization’s primary external representative
- Build and steward relationships with major donors corporate sponsors and institutional funders while driving grant acquisition and retention
- Oversee board partnership operations financial reporting and Peru program performance to advance organizational impact
