Requirements
- Experience across infrastructure finance data centers AI infrastructure power private credit structured finance public markets or early-stage company building
- Credible with sophisticated investors and technically grounded in infrastructure risk
- Able to raise capital source opportunities structure deals and explain complex ideas simply
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from zero with institutional discipline
- Able to work with founders investors and legal counsel to create repeatable financing agreements

Day to day
- Lead the company from concept to execution as a founding CEO and co-founder
- Define the company’s strategy capital structure and investment model for an AI infrastructure finance platform
- Source early royalty streaming revenue-share and structured financing opportunities while building investor and partner relationships
- Raise capital and recruit the first small team across finance origination legal technical diligence and operations
