  • 4–8+ years of experience in high-performance environments such as crypto trading IB PE VC consulting or fast-growth technology companies
  • Demonstrated ability to own complex ambiguous workstreams and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Strong analytical rigor with experience in financial modeling problem structuring competitive analysis or operational modeling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-moving resource-constrained environments with shifting priorities
  • High EQ sound judgment and ability to build trust with technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Comfortable working across time zones with a global distributed team

Day to day

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the founders by bringing clarity to priorities and improving decision quality across product trading and GTM
  • Own mission-critical projects end to end from scoping and planning through execution and measurement
  • Coordinate cross-functional work across engineering trading operations BD and external partners to keep initiatives moving smoothly
  • Build lightweight operating systems and produce sharp analysis synthesis briefs and communications that improve execution speed
