Requirements
- 7–10+ years in strategy operations analytics consulting investing or senior program leadership
- Experience partnering with founders senior executives boards and investors
- Strong strategic thinking business judgment and executive communication skills
- Advanced analytical ability with experience turning complex data into actionable insights
- Exposure to M&A corporate development or related strategic work preferred
- Product SaaS or AI experience is a plus
- High discretion ownership and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment

Day to day
- Partner directly with the CEO to drive strategic priorities and day-to-day execution across the business.
- Translate complex legal technical operational and financial information into clear priorities measurable outcomes and decision-ready recommendations.
- Build executive dashboards KPI reporting and board-ready materials while coordinating follow-through across U.S. and India teams.
