Requirements
- 10–15 years of progressive People or HR experience
- At least 5 years in an executive-level leadership role
- Demonstrated success leading organizational change and stabilizing HR departments
- Direct experience working within unionized environments and managing collective bargaining agreements
- Ability to engage lead and set boundaries with a passionate mission-driven workforce
- Ability to build personnel frameworks for high-stress 24/7 shift-based environments
- Deep empathy for LGBTQ+ and other marginalized communities
- Proven ability to embed DEIB practices into the employee lifecycle
- Success managing culture collaboration and performance across distributed remote teams

Day to day
- Set the vision and execute a modern people and culture strategy that supports organizational transformation and resilience
- Advise the CEO and executive team on organizational design change management and leadership development
- Lead and coach the People team while building inclusive data-informed and accountable HR practices across a remote workforce
- Strengthen HR infrastructure employee engagement labor relations and learning pipelines to support a mission-driven unionized organization
