  • Ability to build personnel frameworks for high-stress 24/7 shift-based environments
  • Deep empathy for LGBTQ+ and other marginalized communities
  • Proven ability to embed DEIB practices into the employee lifecycle
  • Success managing culture collaboration and performance across distributed remote teams
